A territory is chosen for what it offers, not for what it promises. Here is what is really behind the decision to start from here.
A heritage you do not find elsewhere
Cabras faces the Marine Protected Area "Sinis Peninsula - Mal di Ventre Island": 24,800 hectares of protected sea. A few minutes away are the archaeological site of Tharros and the Giants of Mont'e Prama. The quartz beaches of Is Arutas and Mari Ermi are among the few in the world with that kind of sand. It is not scenery: it is a context that already attracts visitors and professionals from outside the region.
Close to people who need to move
Cagliari-Elmas airport and Alghero airport can both be reached in reasonable times. For people who work remotely and travel often, this is not a detail: it is the difference between a reachable hub and an isolated one.
The right season, not the crowded one
In 2023, the June-September period accounted for 58.6% of Italian tourist nights (ISTAT 2024 data). Domos Network works in the opposite direction: September-June, when the territory can be experienced without the crowd and prices are not high-season prices.

The project comes from someone who lives in Cabras every day, not from a plan drawn up at a desk. We know the limits of the territory together with its possibilities, and that is why the project starts from here.
The first hub is planned and still in validation. This page explains why we chose the territory; it does not describe a space that is already open.
